Sassy September
Hello my fellow Stylegazers! So September is here and honestly – I’ve been ready for it for a while now. Pumpkin Spice Latte is back, not that I particularly care. I’m more of an apple cider and black coffee kind of gal anyways. So… that’s that. I do however, very much care about Bath & Body Works - maybe too much even. (My bank account knows.)
Little Black Dress
Oh, the little black dress... A classic staple of every lady. A timeless piece in your closet. Always so perfect for any occasion and always so "upgradeable." Add different jewelry/accessories, different shoes and bag and voilà! No one will remember how many times you've actually worn it.
Flowers and Fringe
Hello my fellow Stylegazers! Yet again, I have decided to take my photos on the beautiful grounds around the Cathedral of the Incarnation. Of course, if you remember – I have taken some pics there before? (Here and here.) However, this time around the post is all about the flowers (notice my backdrop) and fringe ('cause I just can't get over the trend).
Visual Diary: Argyle Park
Hello my fellow Stylegazers! This time I have decided to take a walk in the Argyle Park – a gorgeous lake park in the heart of Babylon Village. It was a beautiful day for the most part, until the dark clouds rolled in, but hey – that’s just life. The dark clouds come and they go… All we can do is try and make the best of the situation.
In Paradise: The Sands Point Preserve
Hello my fellow Stylegazers! As you might’ve noticed by far, I really like spending time in the nature or at old estates, those remnants of a time that I never got a chance to be a part of. Cause, you know… we are always nostalgic for those eras we were not born in. The grass is always greener on the other side, am I right?
Down by the Water…
Hello fellow Stylegazers! Our long lost friend SUN has finally decided to grace us with its presence, giving me an excuse to chill at one of Port Washington’s parks. There’s nothing I find as relaxing as just being “down by the water.” The sun and wind in your hair, the sound of the waves crashing against the rocks (or as they embrace the shore), seagulls making circles in the sky and ducks, geese and swans disrupting the
Sunny Stroll
Hello my dearest Stylegazers! Last Sunday, I’ve decided to go to the church, because let’s be honest - all of us sometimes just need to stop, reflect and work on the spiritual aspect of our existence. You never know what you can find out about yourself, when you just quiet your mind and open up your heart. It was a lovely day, so I’ve decided to take a sunny stroll in the Madison Square Park.
Thursday Teal
My fellow Stylegazers! Hi, hello, how you doin’? Thursday is such a weird day, don’t you think? It’s like – the weekend is sooooo close, but not really. It’s like winning a second place in the competition – you’re kind of perplexed. At the same time you’re glad that you didn’t win the third place, but then again the first place was just so close that it kills you. That’s how I feel about Thursdays.
Are You in a Film or in Reality?
Happy Friday fellow Stylegazers! Another busy week is behind us and I’ve been working on some interesting projects -- so stay tuned! “The Stylegazer” is expanding and there’s a lot more fun stuff to come. Can I get an F?! Can I get a U?! Can I get an N?! F-U-N. Fun my friends, is, as DJ Khaled would put it – a “major key” to success and life.
Polka Dot Dress
Hello fellow Stylegazers! Happy Friday! Let’s take a moment to give ourselves a round of applause for making it through yet another busy week. To all my friends and acquaintances – you make stress look very chic and for that I take my hat off to you. We all know how hard it is to achieve that. You’re all rock stars in my eyes. Now, moving on to the today’s outfit, which is brought to you by my constant indecisiveness on what to wear, which happens to be definitely due to the fact that here in New York, you kind of experience all four seasons in one day.
