Hello there! It has certainly been a while but I'm back baby! This time I'm showing you my way of styling the faux leather mini skirt. But before we go any further - let me tell you that this return is accompanied by a minor serendipitous life plot twist. Nina 2.0 comes back at ya with a whole new attitude and whole new stylistic direction in tow.  (The transformative Scorpio water runs deep, you know what I mean? Scorpio season, who's with me? It has been tough...) As we're all going through a transformation of consciousness, there is no way that something about us won't change outwards as well. And you know what? Change is definitely a good thing. You might say I'm addicted to it. If I'm not changing consciously or in some other shape or form, I feel like I'm pretty much stuck in life. And that doesn't vibe well with me. Of course, naturally, I only hope to change for the better. Hmm...I don't really know where all of this is coming from, but I just feel the need to put it out there. Well...if you're bored with my intro you're in luck! I'm finally moving on to the outfit.

While attending the New York Fashion Week, I've noticed that influencers and trendsetters tend to gravitate a lot towards vinyl thus creating a whole vinyl street style movement. Apart from checked blazers and coats - Vinyl or PVC or however you want to call it...is all the rage now. The whole "checked trend" didn't rub off on me, but I've become quite obsessed with vinyl. I always need everything vinyl, I keep buying vinyl, somebody needs to stop me. What can I say...there is just something powerful and empowering about the whole vinyl look. An added bonus is that it hugs you perfectly in all the right places. If you know what I mean. *wink, wink*

The vinyl bodycon dress a.k.a the perfect body glove. Something, I've actually realized that as I'm writing this. I usually don't wear bodycon dresses, but this vinyl number is just so flattering. Funny enough, a few years ago I would probably cringe at the sight of vinyl as this particular material was something that I would never naturally gravitate towards. It's a nature vs. nurture thing and in my case, the two aligned. Well... until recently. Growing up my mom taught me how to recognize different materials by touch. "Touch - this is what 100% cotton, this is what 100% wool and this is what 100% cashmere feels like." Some materials were just a logical choice and shall I say - a standard. Over time, I got so good at this "little game" that now I can actually "feel my way" to the right piece of clothing in my closet, with the light turned off. True story. But really - let's focus on vinyl again...

I think I might've found the perfect summer dress. But before I get into that - what on earth is happening right now? Does everyone else feel like they have the weight of the world on their shoulders? Because, wow! Call it the Mercury Retrograde effect, call it the Solar Eclipse effect, but s**t has really hit the fan. Am I right? Been dreaming of balance. Still dreaming about happy outcomes in all sectors of life. But all I've been getting lately is consolation prizes, worry, and insomnia. Can a girl get a break? Gosh!

TheseOne Tribe Apparel women's harem pants are every yogi's dream. This bohemian fashion brand brings the vibrant patterns and handmade craftsmanship of Thai boho fashion back to the west while embracing the spirit of culture and community in everything they do. Lightweight, breathable and oh so chic, these pants have been turning heads in my yoga class. They're 100% cotton and 100% produced in Thailand. After I went through a challenging yoga class in these beauties, no other "yoga pants" will do. I'm sorry. Plus, this peacock coral and pink print is just so stunning to look at.

In A Daze Work How careful would you be about making choices from the moment you wake up, if you knew that hitting that snooze button was going to completely change how your day goes? "IN A DAZE WORK: A Pick-Your-Path Journey Through the Daily Grind" by Siobhán Gallagher is that book that will in a humorous way; make you reconsider all of the decisions you make by giving you different outcomes. Would you sleep a few extra minutes in the morning, if you knew that this decision would have a snowball effect? Maybe you’ll start getting ready for work later than you should. Then you’ll get stuck in a morning rush. Miss your train. Get annoyed while trying to avoid slow walkers. Till you’ve finally made it to work – LATE! You can probably already assume what would happen next.

So I've hopped on this mirrored sunglasses trend bandwagon. I've been searching the internet for a while and like a typical Virgo rising, I took a long damn time to find a perfect pair. But I think I've finally found what I was looking for in this particular pair from ILYMIX. (Will leave the link and the discount code at the bottom of the post if interested.:)) This time around I've decided to keep it very casual - still with a boho twist. You know me by now. If there is a twist to my look, it's that of a bohemian kind. Because honestly, I don't twist in many ways. Do you understand what I'm saying? Haha, me either. What I'm trying to say, lately I've been trying to simplify my bohemian look. So, I've thought - I'm going to try to create a casual boho look. Something minimal and comfortable. And this is, my friends, as minimal as I can get.
